Jack Grealish was one of the first players to take to social media following Manchester City’s huge 3-0 win over Manchester United today.

Pep Guardiola’s side were comfortable winners at Old Trafford.

Erling Haaland opened the scoring via the penalty spot, after an intervention from VAR.

The Norwegian then doubled the lead, rising high and unchallenged at the back post after great work from Jack Grealish and the outstanding Bernardo Silva.

Phil Foden then put the icing on the cake, with Haaland turning provider for the England international.

It was truly an easy win for City, with United appearing to give up with about 10 minutes to go.

One of the best players today for City was Grealish.

Some were skeptical about his inclusion in the starting lineup today, given the brilliant performances of Jeremy Doku of late.

But Grealish absolutely justified his selection.

Sky pundit Micah Richards was fully behind him starting ahead of the game.

And the 28-year-old was superb at Old Trafford.

And after the game, he was one of the first to post on social media. Uploading a dressing room picture of himself, Doku, Erling Haaland and Bernardo Silva, Grealish wrote a message many City fans will enjoy: ‘Manchester is BLUE’.

City players should revel in win over Manchester United

What a performance this was from City.

The second-half especially was absolutely imperious, and the players should absolutely revel in this result and performance.

Arguably, it was one of the best from any team so far in the Premier League this season.

It is made even more impressive by the fact it was at Old Trafford and not the Etihad.

And it was also brilliant given both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal had laid down markers prior to the game.
