It has been reported that Manchester City are keen on signing Leroy Sane in the summer.
This comes from journalist Christian Falk after it was claimed in October that Liverpool were aiming to bring him in as a replacement for Mohamed Salah ahead of next season.
Since having left Manchester City in 2020, Leroy Sane has been quite hot and cold at Bayern Munich.

In 2019, Pep Guardiola lauded the German international, who was a rousing success under his tutelage.
“He is a great player with incredible quality”, Guardiola said, as quoted by Manchester City’s official website.
“I want people to want to stay here, the club is there, so the desire to have him is always there. The club made him an offer for the past year.”
“I have said many times that we want people to be happy here and we want to help him to reach his potential”, Pep Guardiola concluded about his future, a year before Leroy Sane left Manchester City to join Bayern.
But now, it seems like the treble-winners are plotting their chances of pulling off a reunion with the in-form winger.
As per Christian Falk, Manchester City, alongside Liverpool are “interested” in signing Leroy Sane in the summer of 2024.
Leroy Sane should opt for a reunion with Pep Guardiola
While the 27-year-old has been in sublime touch this season, the same cannot be said for the entirety of his three-year spell at the Allianz Arena.
As Leroy Sane finds himself in the prime years of his career, reuniting with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City would perhaps be the simplest way in which he can ensure that he fulfils his tremendous potential.
At the Etihad Stadium, the silky wideman was a revelation and it seemed inevitable that he would become the best winger in the world one day.
Since that is perhaps yet to happen, Sane should opt to sign for the Sky Blues as his next club if he decides to bid farewell to Bayern in the summer.
