Kalvin Phillips says Kevin De Bruyne is the best player he has ever played with
Phil Foden also claimed that the 32-year-old is “one of the best passers in the world.”
The former Leeds United midfielder is also no different to the rest of the long list of admirers De Bruyne has.

Speaking to club media at West Ham United (via their official Instagram account), when Kalvin Phillips was quizzed about the best player he has ever played with so far, he named Kevin De Bruyne.
The Englishman spent one and a half seasons training, playing and winning trophies with the £54 million (The Telegraph) man for Manchester City.
An indication of how brilliant Kevin De Bruyne is
Considering Kalvin Phillips has played with several world-class players for both club and country, the fact that he picked Kevin De Bruyne as the best player he has ever played with is an insight into how tremendous he is at his craft.
At City alone, the 28-year-old played with names like Erling Haaland, Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan and John Stones to name a few.
Each of these players would arguably get into most, if not every team in world football.
Similarly, for England, Kalvin Phillips has shared the same pitch as superstars like Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold to name a few.
Yet, Phillips feels the five-time Premier League winner is a cut above the rest, which exemplifies his magnificence.
