Speaking to club media at West Ham United (via their official Instagram account), when Kalvin Phillips was quizzed about the best player he has ever played with so far, he named Kevin De Bruyne.
The Englishman spent one and a half seasons training, playing and winning trophies with the £54 million (The Telegraph) man for Manchester City.
