Kevin De Bruyne has had the privilege of playing with some of the greatest players in Premier League history during his time at Manchester City.

From David Silva to Rodri, De Bruyne has played with different generations of City greats.

The Belgian captain must have grown as a player immensely due to playing alongside such world-class players at the Etihad Stadium.

Having played under both Manuel Pellegrini and Pep Guardiola, the 33-year-old has also seen several top players at the club develop under two different managers.

The players who have played with De Bruyne at City must naturally hold him in high esteem as well.

Tony Cascarino hailed De Bruyne as one of the three greatest players to have ever graced the Premier League.

De Bruyne names Man City player he really enjoys playing with

Arsene Wenger singled De Bruyne out as a player who is already at the calibre where he should be named in the division’s prestigious Hall of Fame.

Considering the legendary figure that the midfield maestro is, it is always interesting to hard from such elite players who they admire.

Once the former VFL Wolfsburg attacker leaves City, it is likely that his time in England will often be attached to his frightening partnership with Erling Haaland.

The pair are arguably the deadliest duo in world football.

In tandem, their partnership propelled the Sky Blues to winning the treble in their first season playing together.

De Bruyne was quizzed about how he feels about playing with the £51 million man by the club’s official in-house media and he was full of praise for his teammate.

“Well, he’s just a goal machine in the 16 [yard box]. Lightning quick, his goals speak for themselves and for me, he’s a great outlet to play to.”

Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne can wreak havoc again this season

While Manchester City managed to eventually win the Premier League last season, defences would perhaps breathed a sigh of relief after the dynamic duo were separated due to De Bruyne’s injury.

But with the City vice-captain fit and firing, the pair have been reunited this season.

De Bruyne and Haaland can wreak havoc once again this season and spearhead Manchester City to yet another title triumph once again this season.

With Foden also coming into his own during the previous campaign as well as Savinho and Jeremy Doku proving to be a dangerous wing pairing, Premier League backlines have plenty of reasons to be petrified of this City side.

But primarily, if De Bruyne and Haaland click once again this campaign, the rest of Europe should be fearful.
