Manchester City won the Premier League for a fourth consecutive season in 2023/24.

Manchester City made history by becoming the only club ever to achieve the feat, with the title being sealed on the final day against West Ham United.

There was still a chance for Arsenal to win the league, but a win for City would be enough.

An early Phil Foden goal settled any nerves, and City won the game 3-1, with Foden scoring again and Rodri also on target.

Some City fans will know that Khaldoon Al Mubarak was at the training ground the day before the game. Khaldoon told Phil Foden to win Man City the title, after seeing him score a brilliant goal in training. the academy graduate then duly obliged.

The new Manchester City documentary followed Khaldoon that day, and the chairman was left amazed by one thing Pep Guardiola did.

One thing that is apparent from the new Together: 4-In-A-Row documentary is that Guardiola gives brilliant speeches.

The Spaniard, as everyone knows, is football-obsessed, and a total perfectionist.

He’s passionate and is very good at delivering those rousing talks when the situation calls for it. But Guardiola also knows that words aren’t always required.

The day before the huge game with West Ham, Guardiola held a team meeting but didn’t say a single word. Instead, he played his players a montage of clips from the season up to that point.

The camera followed Khaldoon into his car, and the chairman said: “Emotional without any words said.

“I mean, that’s what makes him so great. The ability to read the room and read his players and read what they need for that moment. And that’s the magic.”

Guardiola is the star of the new Man City documentary

City’s new documentary is really fascinating, and Guardiola is undoubtedly the star of the show.

It really highlights just what an incredible asset he is, and it really does show why the club were so keen to get him to extend his contract.

Fans were left delighted by reports that Guardiola has agreed to extend at City, with official confirmation expected soon.

The documentary just hammers home what a special manager he is. And anyone who has doubts over the City players’ motivation this season will need to think again watching it.
