The Daily Star have now reported that Liverpool are most certainly plotting a transfer for Manchester City ace Kalvin Phillips, who was branded as an ‘intelligent player’ by Pep Guardiola.
Furthermore, Jurgen Klopp is particularly keen on the move after his side were ruled out in the race to sign Jude Bellingham.
Additionally, any deal would amount to £35 million and the player himself would be open to a move to Anfield.
