After spending four seasons at Manchester City, it looks increasingly likely that Jack Grealish will leave the club this summer.
Everton are keen to sign Grealish on loan, handing him the chance to revive his career after becoming a bit-part player at City for the last two seasons.
Ahead of the season, the 29-year-old will be desperate to play regular football and eventually earn his place in England’s squad for the 2026 World Cup.
With Grealish ready to leave Manchester City as well, the Sky Blues fans have expressed their delight at Everton chasing the silky winger’s signature and potentially getting him off the club’s books.

Man City fans delighted about Everton eyeing Jack Grealish loan move
One Manchester City fan reacted to the news surrounding Everton’s interest in signing Jack Grealish on loan by simply writing: “Please come and carry him.”
A second City supporter claimed that it would be ideal if the Englishman was sold on permanent basis, stating: “Forget a loan, he has to be sold for God’s sake.”
A third Manchester City fan was on board with Everton’s pursuit of Grealish, urging them to sign John Stones or Manuel Akanji as well: “Can they take Stones/Akanji too while they are at it?”
Another Sky Blues fan claimed that it is the right time for the former Aston Villa forward to depart the Etihad Stadium, writing: “It’s time to say goodbye, Jack.”
A fifth fan claimed that as long as the Toffees are willing to pay Grealish’s £300,000-a-week wages, they can sign him, stating: “As long as they can pay his wages, they can take him.”
A sixth Manchester City fan claimed that it is high time for Grealish to impress if he earns a loan move to Everton, saying: “This brother better impress this season, it’s his last chance to save his career.”
With most of the fanbase being prepared to see the back of the three-time Premier League winner, it looks like it would be best for all parties involved if the attacker left City on loan or permanently this summer.
David Moyes has already shared his verdict about Jack Grealish
The good news for the Manchester City fans who would like Grealish to join Everton on loan is that David Moyes has always rated him highly.
Back in 2021, Moyes named the City star as the standout player in the Premier League during his final season at Aston Villa, saying via The Metro: “He is a really good player and probably the best player in the Premier League at this time.”
“He has done such a big job at that club and is probably the best player in the league right now.”
With David Moyes making such a massive claim about Grealish, it is no surprise that Everton are keen on his signature.
