Manchester City star Bernardo Silva is reportedly still a top target for PSG this summer, who have been plotting a move for him since March.
The Portugal international has now finished the season – and it was another brilliant campaign from the 28-year-old.
Bernardo was a key player for Pep Guardiola’s side, who claimed an historic Treble.
Bernardo featured in Saturday’s Champions League final with Inter, and helped the team to a 1-0 win in Istanbul.
Speculation about his future will now undoubtedly crank right up.
In recent weeks there have been claims about interest from Barcelona. But it seems PSG are the more likely destination for the former AS Monaco man.
And this morning, Fabrizio Romano has given an update on the French club’s interest.
Bernardo Silva a top target for PSG – they’ve been planning a move since March
The Bernardo-PSG links have not been out there for too long.
But Romano has claimed this morning that PSG have actually been plotting a summer move for Bernardo as far back as March this year.

He is apparently among the top targets for the club now.
The journalist adds that City will ask for an ‘important’ fee. There is ‘nothing close’ yet.
£150,000-a-week ace Bernardo has two years remaining on his contract. And so City are well within their rights to ask for quite a big fee.
That said, history tells us City will co-operate with players that want to leave the club. And we have had reports of Bernardo wanting to leave the club for about two summers now.
Man City must receive fair fee for Bernardo Silva as PSG prepare to swoop
City will want to work with Bernardo if he does indeed want to leave the club this summer.
But this is a genuinely world-class player we are talking about. There are few players in the game today quite like him.
Bernardo has incredible technical ability. But he has also always been one of the hardest working players at the club since he arrived.

Quite simply, he is a manager’s dream.
So City need to ensure they are fairly compensated if they are going to lose a player like this.
PSG are obviously a very wealthy club.
You would like to hope they will make a significant bid, for a Treble-winning world-class talent in his prime.
