Manchester City have seen multiple players make moves out of the club this summer.
In addition to selling the likes of Sergio Gomez, Liam Delap, Tommy Doyle and Yan Couto on permanent deals, City have also loaned out players such as Callum Doyle among others.
Now though, ahead of the 2024/25 season, another player the Citizens have loaned out for the campaign on a temporary basis has found himself on the end of some early praise from the manager he’ll be taking guidance from for the next several months.

Darren Ferguson wowed by Mahamadou Susoho after early training sessions
In a recent interview shared on the Peterborough United website, Darren Ferguson had this to say when asked about how Mahamadou Susoho has settled into the club he recently joined on a season-long loan from City.
He said: “Very well, very impressed. We knew we were signing a very good player but when you see him live and work with him he’s very, very good.
“He’s been very good in training. I don’t want to put too much pressure on him but he will be a very good signing for us.”
Susoho has the chance to shine at Peterborough
Earlier this week, after Susoho’s loan move was announced, the Peterborough boss described the deal as being a “big signing” for his club.
During his time at City, the midfielder has made 43 combined appearances for their youth and senior sides, chipping in with four goals and two assists.
The Spaniard then went on to be a part of Pep Guardiola’s City squad for their recent pre-season tour of America.
Now that Susoho has already impressed Ferguson, everyone at Peterborough and City will be hoping the 19-year-old can have a successful loan spell in League One and show everyone what he’s about.
