Manchester City fans react to Micah Hamilton debut in 3-2 UEFA Champions League win
Well, the City Football Academy graduate has shone in the youth ranks โ thoroughly deserving his start in Serbia tonight.
Hamilton boasts 16 goals and 16 assists in 59 appearances for Manchester Cityโs Under-18 and Under-21 sides.
The Manchester-born wonderkid has also made three appearances for the Under-19 side, impressively doing enough in those outings to catch Guardiolaโs eye.

Hamilton marked his debut in the best possible way after just 19 minutes as he powerfully smashed the opener beyond Omri Glazer to put Manchester City 1-0 ahead.
It ended up putting the treble winners on their way to a 3-2 win inside the Rajko Mitic Stadium as Manchester City became just the second English side in history to win all six UEFA Champions League group matches in a single campaign โ along with Liverpool.

Clearly, the Manchester City fans online were delighted with what they saw from Hamilton on his senior debut.
Some expected Oscar Bobb to be the man who steps up following the departures of Riyad Mahrez and Cole Palmer โ the Daily Star even claimed that Guardiola sold the England international to Chelsea because of the Norwegian wonderkid.
The Norway international also shone as he put Manchester City 2-0 up in the second half with a superb finish.
However, if Hamilton can maintain this level of performance, he could also get some more opportunities out on that right flank this season after his excellent debut.
