Manchester City have now been told how much it will cost to sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli.
It was Calciomercato who revealed the price tag.
So, what is the latest on Manchester City and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
Well, it was 90min who initially claimed that the treble winners are monitoring the Georgia international.
Now, Calciomercato have revealed how much Napoli want for the man they signed for just €10m (£9m) from Dinamo Batumi.
The Italian news outlet believe Napoli will accept nothing less than €100m (£87m) for the Georgian next summer, and have no intention of entertaining a January transfer.

Kvaratskhelia put his name up in lights last season with 14 goals and 17 assists in 43 appearances across all competitions, finishing 17th in the Ballon d’Or rankings after helping Napoli win their first Serie A title in 33 years.
The Napoli No.77 has continued his fine form this term with three goals and five assists in 15 appearances, causing Manchester City and Pep Guardiola to take notice.
Interestingly – for those of you who know little about his playing style – Kvaratskhelia has been compared to Eden Hazard by Thierry Henry.
Manchester City face tough task to sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
This operation comes with added difficulty for Txiki Begiristain, as Napoli are trying to tie Kvaratskhelia down to a new contract.
Calciomercato believe Napoli recognise the need to reward the 22-year-old for his stunning efforts in Naples, and plan to offer him a pay rise as part of a contract extension running until 2028 or 2029.

As things stand, Kvaratskhelia – who Stanislav Lobotka told Corriere dello Sport can only be compared to Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe, not Mohamed Salah – is contracted to Napoli until July 2027.
Be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as Manchester City continue to track the Tiflis-born sensation.
