Manchester City wonderkid Oscar Bobb has said that Phil Foden is one of the best young players in the world.
Speaking to LiveScore, the 20-year-old was quizzed about playing for such an elite team.

Breaking through at 17, Foden has justified the hype around his name by regularly stepping up for the first-team and especially against some of the best teams in the world.
After Oscar Bobb initially touched on what it is like to be a part of Manchester City’s first-team, he also went on to laud Phil Foden.
