Oscar Bobb is now preparing for his second season as part of the senior squad at Manchester City.
The winger was promoted from City’s academy to Pep Guardiola’s first team last season.
Across the campaign, the 21-year-old appeared in 26 games across all competitions, seven of which he started.
Having scored two goals and delivered two assists throughout the season, the Norwegian will now be looking to become even more prominent in the City team this time around.
Ahead of the new campaign, Bobb has shared some details and praise on one particular figure in the senior squad who he has been massively impressed by at the training ground.

Oscar Bobb names Ruben Dias as the best trainer at Manchester City
When asked who he considers to be the best trainer in the City squad, Bobb said this in a recent video shared on the Rising Ballers YouTube channel.
He said: “Best trainer? I’d probably say Ruben [Dias] just because he never switches off.”
Dias is a key player for City
City paid £65m to sign Dias from Benfica back in the 2020 summer transfer window.
Since then, the Portuguese international has gone on to make 178 appearances for the Blues across all competitions, helping the club win numerous domestic and European trophies in the process.
This isn’t the first time one of Dias’ teammates has praised the defender, as Bernardo Silva said back in May that the 27-year-old’s presence on the pitch gives the players ahead of him the confidence to do their jobs.
Looking back over his previous league campaign, Dias ended the season with more clearances (77) and interceptions (30) than any other City player.
This highlights how much it benefits the team to have someone at the back who doesn’t switch off, as Bobb said.
