The Spaniard is a divisive figure when it comes to those that have worked with him, as someone like Ilkay Gundogan regards him as the greatest manager he has seen in his lifetime.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Swede is renowned not to be the Manchester City tactician’s biggest fan.

Speaking to Piers Morgan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic gave an insight into the famous interaction about a Ferrari that took place between him and Pep Guardiola.

“First meeting I had with him, he was like, ‘remember, players here don’t come with Ferrari.’ I’ll bring my f—— Ferrari!”, he bluntly revealed.

Pep Guardiola will maintain his focus on what matters most

When the full interview is released, it is likely that Zlatan Ibrahimovic could fire shots at Pep Guardiola due to the Ferrari incident as well as about their frosty relationship at Barcelona.

After all, despite having been a big-money acquisition at the time, the legendary frontman left the Spanish juggernaut after just two years.

And it is widely believed that this is due to Ibrahimovic not having the best of rapports with the 52-year-old.

When Pep Guardiola is questioned about the veteran’s comments in the press, he is likely to give his two cents but not pay too much mind to them as one expects his focus to be solely on making more history with Manchester City.
