A report has revealed that David Moyes’ interest in signing Kalvin Phillips stems from as far back as May 2018.
It seems like Phillips’ torrid time at the Etihad Stadium is set to come to an end, at least on a temporary basis.

As Moyes was preparing for his next managerial job in football, he was targeting players and Phillips was one of the players he had intended to sign.
