Bernardo Silva has disclosed that he has a “very special relationship” with Pep Guardiola.
Speaking to CNN Portugal, Silva shared his dynamic with the Spanish coach.
In late October, Pep Guardiola had admitted that the Sky Blues were “scared” that the Portuguese international, who he described as “irreplaceable” would leave the club in the summer.

The £379,000-a-week (Sports Illustrated) man had even claimed in April that the former Monaco attacker is “one of the best players” he has ever coached in his career.
As City have dominated English football in almost unprecedented fashion since Guardiola’s arrival in 2016, the 29-year-old has been a mainstay in the club’s rousing success.
However, Bernardo Silva has shared that even aside from football, he has a very close bond with Pep Guardiola, having worked with him for six years.
“Hearing Guardiola say the things he says is a source of pride and I can say that, even outside of football, I have a very special relationship with him”, the treble-winner told CNN Portugal.

It is no surprise to hear this revelation as Bernardo Silva and Pep Guardiola have been through it all together at Manchester City.
The highest of highs by winning it all, the lowest of lows, in relation to their past failures in the Champions League and also the fact that the ex-Benfica midfielder has looked likely to leave the club on several occasions.
And yet, the pair have managed to stick together and be the dynamic duo that they are to this day.
