Erling Haaland has played with numerous top-class players during his time at Manchester City.
Since joining the Manchester club back in the 2022 summer transfer window, the 24-year-old has appeared in 101 games across all competitions, bagging 94 goals in the process.
His latest game for Pep Guardiola’s side saw the Norwegian find the back of the net three times in City’s 4-1 win over Ipswich Town.
After this game, Haaland shared his thoughts on one player who is now in the position that he used to be in in terms of being a new figure at the club.

Erling Haaland admits he’s been amazed by Savinho
After bagging his 10th City hat-trick against Ipswich, Haaland had this to say on Sky Sports News (5:21 pm) about Savinho when asked what he’s made of the Brazilian since he arrived at the Etihad Stadium back in July.
He said: “He has been amazing so far. We are happy with everyone we have and everyone who comes.”
Savinho has had a bright start to life at Man City
Haaland isn’t the only person to share how impressed he’s been with the winger, as Ally McCoist shared his admiration for what Savinho has done in a City shirt earlier this week.
City paid £33m to sign Savinho from Troyes back in July, making him the first incoming signing of the summer transfer window.
After making his debut for the Blues in City’s Community Shield win over Manchester United, the winger featured in the first half of last weekend’s 2-0 win over Chelsea.
The Brazilian then made his first home appearance as a City player in the recent 4-1 win over Ipswich.
In that game, Savinho won the penalty that Haaland scored to put the score at 1-1 before the remaining goals found their way in.
Now that Haaland has shared how impressed he’s been with the new City signing after just three appearances, this showcases how well the winger has settled into his new club.
