Manchester City fans have been royally treated by Erling Haaland over the past few weeks.
Manchester City‘s Norwegian superstar was on target three more times at the weekend, with West Ham United the latest victims of his goalscoring prowess.
This followed another hat-trick against Ipswich Town.
With Haaland also scoring against Chelsea in the first game, the 24-year-old is now up to seven goals for the season already – and that is extremely ominous for City’s rivals.
Haaland appears to be very fresh right now.
Of course, he was not involved with his country over the summer, unlike a lot of his teammates. And this has seemingly benefitted him quite a lot.
Haaland looks sharper than ever, and has looked absolutely lethal in front of goal.
His triple against West Ham means he now has as many Premier League hat-tricks as Thierry Henry, and many feel it will only be a matter of time before he becomes the leading hat-trick scorer in the competition. Currently, Sergio Aguero has the most with 12.
Haaland’s finishing so far this season has been on another level – and fans have beeen saying the same thing after the club uploaded a montage of his seven goals today.
Manchester City fans have spotted none of Erling Haaland’s goals this season have been ‘tap-ins’

One stick rival fans have liked to beat Haaland with previously is that the former Borussia Dortmund star does not necessarily score the most exciting goals.
Haaland has scored a lot of goals for City, with many coming from inside the box and in and around the six-yard box.
This is quite obviously not an issue – a goal is a goal, and City fans do not care one bit how they go in.
It is just something rival fans note about Haaland. But those people are fairly silent so far this term, because Haaland’s seven goals have been of the highest quality.
Earlier today, the club uploaded Haaland’s seven goals in the form of a short montage – and a number of City fans pointed out a lack of his famous ‘tap-ins’.
A scary sight for City’s rivals
Haaland’s finishing this season certainly seems to have gotten even better.
Of course, it does not matter how the ball goes in the net, just so long as it actually does.
Haaland has scored plenty of tap-ins for City, but clearly he is extremely capable of scoring all kinds of goals and frankly, we did not need to see these seven goals this season to know that.
It’s just that this season, not a single one of his goals has been a tap-in, which is a little surprising. Those tap-ins will no doubt come again soon though, and goodness knows how many he could score this season if he is able to keep himself fit.
Ian Wright said in the wake of his latest hat-trick that Haaland could easily score two or three every game and right now, few would bet against him doing so.
