Coming off the back of their 3-1 victory against Leicester City, we expect Pep Guardiola to make 3 changes to his side.

In goal, Ederson will start in our Manchester City predicted lineup against Bayern Munich.

The first change is likely set to come in at right-back, with Kyle Walker, who Pep Guardiola recently admitted ‘cannot’ play in an inverted role in his new three-at-the-back system being replaced by Manuel Akanji.

Considering John Stones played at centre-back in the reverse fixture, he could occupy the same position instead of shifting to right-back against Thomas Tuchel’s side, keeping his place in the XI.

Alongside the Englishman is set to be Ruben Dias, who put in one of the best performances of his career in the 1st leg of the Champions League quarter-final.

The second change could come in the form of the largely out-of-favour Aymeric Laporte being displaced by Nathan Ake at left-back, branded as ‘top’ by Oleksandr Zinchenko against Bayern in our Manchester City predicted lineup.

It goes without saying that Rodri is nailed-on to start in Munich, especially after the belter he scored in the previous meeting between both sides at the Etihad Stadium.

Another change that could be on show is Bernardo Silva, who we still expect to start being replaced in midfield for Ilkay Gundogan.

Of course, Kevin De Bruyne is likely to retain his place in our Manchester City predicted lineup against the Bundesliga champions.

With Riyad Mahrez expected to be benched, with Bernardo Silva taking up his place after his masterclass against the German giants is how Ilkay Gundogan could enter the fray.

The first name on the team sheet in Erling Haaland is guaranteed to start from the off.

While the same goes for Jack Grealish, whose incredible impact on the side has been pinpointed by Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand on the FIVE YouTube channel as well.
