Peter Crouch sang one Manchester City player’s praises due to his blistering pace.
Pep Guardiola has several fast players at his disposal.
One of them is Matheus Nunes, who Guardiola reckons is incredibly quick and in counter-attacking situations, it is virtually impossible to stop him.
Jamie Vardy raved about Jeremy Doku’s pace, hinting that the Belgian international is the fastest player in world football.

Peter Crouch says Erling Haaland is incredibly quick
Erling Haaland is another player who has been renowned for his pace for years.
Nathan Ake described Haaland as “so quick” and the star striker’s devastating pace is one of the many reasons why he can be a nightmare for centre-backs.
On That Peter Crouch Podcast, the former Liverpool striker lauded Haaland’s pace as well, saying: “What about Haaland as well? That goal [against Arsenal], he’s a machine, isn’t he?”
“When that pace of him. You literally can’t catch him, can you? You also know he’s going to finish.”
Erling Haaland’s top speed during Arsenal vs Man City
Peter Crouch referenced Haaland’s opening goal against Arsenal, as he darted past the likes of Gabriel Magalhaes and Martin Zubimendi before putting the ball in the back of the net.
Against the Gunners, the Norwegian reached a top speed of 34.42 km/h, which shows how fast he is.
Guardiola revealed Haaland is unstoppable at full speed as well.
While the 25-year-old’s game is not solely reliant on his pace, it certainly helps that the two-time Premier League winner is as quick as he is.
