Manchester City have produced some incredible stars at their club in recent years.
Phil Foden has been the Manchester academy’s biggest success story; however, names such as Cole Palmer, Jadon Sancho, Morgan Rogers and Liam Delap are all playing their football in the Premier League at present having come through City’s youth system.
The Manchester club has also brought in some incredible young talent, with Man City signing 19-year-old Vitor Reis in January, with Ederson stating that the Brazilian could go on to become “one of the best defenders in the world.”
Man City are now said to be targeting another deal similar to this, as according to Ben Foster, the Manchester club are ready to snap up a 15-year-old Premier League star who has already featured in the English top flight.

Man City set to sign Leicester City’s Jeremy Monga
This season has been a very difficult one for everyone associated with Leicester City, however, one of the big positives is the emergence of 15-year-old talent, Jeremy Monga, who is already receiving minutes in the Premier League.
The youngster came off the bench once again at the weekend and nearly scored against Nottingham Forest late on in the contest, and it is fair to say, Foster was impressed.
“A young lad, 15 years old, Jeremy Monga, came on at the weekend for Leicester, and he nearly scored. And if he would have scored, it would have gone off, by the way,” Foster said on Fozcast – The Ben Foster Podcast.

The former Premier League goalkeeper would then go on to say that he has heard rumours that Monga will be joining Man City this summer once Leicester City are relegated, which would be a big coup for the Manchester club.
Foster stated: “That’s it really, I just want to say, for a 15-year-old to be coming on in the Premier League, like phenomenal. And the news is that, well, not the news, but the rumour is, that City are going to snap him up.”
Man City plan to sign four to five players this summer, with Florian Wirtz being the top target, and bringing in Monga on top of this would set up an exciting 2025/26 campaign for everyone associated with the Premier League giants.
Who is Leicester City’s Jeremy Monga?
Monga has broken onto the Premier League scene in recent weeks, with the 15-year-old featuring in five games for Leicester, totalling 61 minutes of action.
The youngster is a tricky left-winger and has bundles of talent, highlighted by the faith Leicester have shown in the youngster in recent weeks, which was nearly rewarded with a goal at the weekend.
Ruud van Nistelrooy recently stated that Leicester are hopeful of announcing a new contract for Monga soon, as Man City, Chelsea and Real Madrid are all showing interest in the 15-year-old, reports The Athletic.
It remains to be seen if City can get a deal done for the winger and in order to do so, it might be a case of loaning the youngster back to the Foxes for their campaign in the Championship next season.
