The future of Jack Grealish at Man City has been a big topic of discussion during the current transfer window.
The England star has fallen out of the plans of Pep Guardiola ahead of the 25/26 campaign, which was all but confirmed when the Man City boss left Grealish out of his squad for the FIFA Club World Cup.
In an ideal world, Man City want at least £50m to part ways with the 29-year-old, while a loan move has been made tricky due to the winger’s £300,000-per-week at the Etihad Stadium, which no club will be willing to match.
Everton are one club keen on signing Grealish for the upcoming season, but the Toffees’ stance on the Man City star may have changed.

Everton have distanced themselves from Jack Grealish
Fabrizio Romano has stated that Grealish is open to joining Everton for the 25/26 season, as the 29-year-old needs to leave Man City if he is to have any chance of playing for England at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
That may no longer be an option for the winger, as the BBC are reporting that the Merseyside club have distanced themselves from signing the former Aston Villa star for the season, as David Moyes calls for more players to be added to his squad before the transfer window shuts.
This will be a big blow for the English star, as the Toffees were one of just a few clubs keen on the unwanted City man.
West Ham are still an option for Grealish, but it remains to be seen if the Hammers make a move later in the window.
It looks like Man City will find it difficult to move the winger on this summer, which is a similar situation they find themselves in with Kalvin Phillips.

Kalvin Phillips returns to Manchester City
Man City know they will find it tough to move Phillips this summer, as just like Grealish, the Englishman is out of form and on high wages.
Not many clubs have shown an interest in the 29-year-old so far, as he is currently dealing with an Achilles injury, which he is recovering from and has stepped up the process this week by returning to Man City, reports the Daily Mail.
It remains to be seen if any clubs approach the Manchester club for Phillips over the coming weeks, as his reputation has taken a big hit following failed loan spells at West Ham and Ipswich Town.
