Manchester City are still monitoring Warren Zaire-Emery after a failed enquiry over the PSG No.33 during the summer transfer window.
Manchester United are also interested in the Frenchman – who is valued at €60m (£52m) by the CIES Football Observatory.
That is according to 90min.
So, what is the latest on Manchester City and Warren Zaire-Emery? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
Well – according to Fabrizio Romano – Manchester City asked to sign the PSG academy graduate back in the summer, when the French giants made an approach for Bernardo Silva.
The reliable Italian journalist claimed that PSG were willing to offer Gianluigi Donnarumma and Marco Verratti for the Portugal international, but Manchester City were only interested in Zaire-Emery.
PSG had no desire to entertain that request from the treble winners – and are now close to agreeing a new contract with the France Under-21 international, again according to Romano.
90min provide additional details about Zaire-Emery’s contract situation, which is where they mention that Manchester City and Manchester United are still tracking his progress at the Parc des Princes.

It is said that the 17-year-old loves life at PSG and is not looking to leave Paris anytime soon.
Zaire-Emery’s current focus is on making the France squad for UEFA EURO 2024 next summer, while also continuing to deliver for PSG as Luis Enrique aims for silverware in his debut season in charge.
Warren Zaire-Emery is a highly ambitious target for Manchester City
Manchester City have greater financial power than most football clubs on the planet, but even money won’t be enough to sign Zaire-Emery anytime soon, in our view at least.
The teenager has developed into a real leader at PSG, recently grabbing a megaphone to start chants with the supporters after a 4-0 win against Marseille in Ligue 1.
At just 17 years of age, Zaire-Emery is among the most exciting, and valuable, footballers on the planet.

Luis Campos – Director of Football at PSG – is even said to believe that the Manchester City target is as talented as Jude Bellingham.
Zaire-Emery appears to adore PSG, and the Parisians adore him back, so it seems as if only a complete breakdown in that relationship will help Manchester City sign him in future.
