It has been reported that Bayern Munich will only offer to pay as little as £12.7 million to complete the transfer of Kyle Walker.
This comes from Sky Germany, after it was claimed on Sunday that the Bavarians had feared that the treble-winner was only using links to them as a means to secure a new contract at Manchester City.
However, Bayern Munich have now named the price they would like to ideally pay to wrap up a transfer for Kyle Walker this summer.
Bayern Munich aim to complete Kyle Walker transfer from Manchester City for just £12.7 million
Branded as ‘incredible’ by Paul Lake, the 33-year-old was reported to be keen on joining Thomas Tuchel’s side, after he was left disappointed by his playing time last season as well as being dropped from the starting XI in the Champions League final.
However, it was also claimed in June that the ageing right-back’s dream remains to stay put at the Etihad Stadium and sign a contract renewal.
Now, it has been reported that Bayern Munich have offered to pay a 12.7 million fee plus bonuses to sign Kyle Walker from Manchester City.

In addition, it has been claimed that while it is likely that both clubs will strike an agreement, there is still a wait for Walker’s final decision about his future.
However, Thomas Tuchel’s side will certainly not improve their final offer.
Keeping Kyle Walker for one more season at least should be the priority
There are a multitude of reasons why Manchester City should convince Kyle Walker to snub Bayern Munich and stay put at the club for at least one more season.
For starters, as Walker proved in the previous campaign once again, he is the only full-back in the world that virtually guarantees keeping the most in-form winger in the world quiet, whether it be Mbappe or Vinicius Jr.
Also, the England international’s prolonged presence would give Rico Lewis more time to settle into the side as their long-term right-back.
Plus, with such a massive leader like Ilkay Gundogan having left the club and other experienced campaigners like Bernardo Silva, Aymeric Laporte and Riyad Mahrez rumoured to leave, losing another big dressing room presence like Kyle Walker would not be ideal.
