Manchester City have signed Caelan-Kole Cadamarteri, a 15-year-old striker from Sheffield Wednesday.
Kole-Cadamarteri has now taken to social media to announce his exit, as he is set to kickstart his time at Manchester City.
The young striker sent a message to the fans, which read: “After an unforgettable journey at this amazing club, with amazing sets of players who have come and gone throughout the years, it’s my time to start a new chapter.”
