The future of Jack Grealish at Manchester City is yet to be decided.
The Premier League gets underway in around two weeks, and in an ideal world, both the Manchester club and the player would like to have his situation at the Etihad Stadium sorted by then.
However, there are not many clubs interested in the 29-year-old due to the finances involved in signing the winger, which has left Gabriel Agbonlahor to believe that Grealish could leave during the last week of the transfer window, as the pressure of time could help the interested parties get a better deal.
Everton are showing interest in Grealish, but the winger’s hopes of moving to Merseyside may now have been dashed, as the Toffees are pursuing another winger.

Everton are pushing for Southampton’s Tyler Dibling
It was reported this week that Everton have distanced themselves from a move for Grealish as the finances involved seem to be too much for a loan move.
That has now proven to be true, as The Times are now reporting that Everton have had an opening offer of £27m for Tyler Dibling rejected by Southampton.
The Merseyside club are now considering an improved bid in the belief that a fee of £35m could land the talented 19-year-old this summer.
Dibling is thought to be keen on a move to Everton as he recognises there is an opportunity to play regularly and continue his development, which is a big blow for Grealish.
Although the Southampton star plays on the opposite wing, Moyes will use the 19-year-old on both flanks if he has to, but more importantly, the £35m the Toffees are willing to spend reduces the budget for the signing of Grealish.
The Man City star was open to playing for Everton next season, but the England star’s representatives will have to look elsewhere if their client is to play regularly over the next 12 months.

The best option for Jack Grealish
West Ham are another club showing interest in Grealish, but like many other clubs, the Hammers are likely waiting until the final week of the transfer window to see if they can strike a better deal with Man City.
That would be a decent move for the winger; however, the best option for the 29-year-old would be to go abroad.
Grealish is still on Napoli’s list, and if the Serie A champions come calling, the Man City star should jump at the opportunity.
| Season | Games | Goals | Assists | Minutes |
| 24/25 | 32 | 3 | 5 | 1521 |
| 23/24 | 36 | 3 | 3 | 2114 |
| 22/23 | 50 | 5 | 11 | 3487 |
| 21/22 | 39 | 6 | 4 | 2730 |
This would take Grealish away from the spotlight of the English media, reunite him with Kevin De Bruyne, and he’d get to play in a division that is slower than the Premier League.
There are many positives to moving to Italy, which Scott McTominay has shown, but unfortunately for Grealish, this is not in his hands at present.
